Custom Real Butterfly Wings Art Disabled Veteran Made Frame

Your photograph or artwork with real butterfly wings. The sky is the limit, as far as ideas are concerned. Often these are infant/child images, memorial pieces, cosplay, or boudoir images. Discretion is used with all delicate imagery.

Frames are disabled veteran made. Images are printed using acid-free archive-quality inks on a heavy shimmer paper, which makes the image appear more black or grey from different angles and under different lighting, lending itself well to the iridescence of the butterfly wing(s). Images can be printed in black and white or color. Each piece is signed by the artist on the back; one of a kind; and even prettier in person. Species information and story card included.

Common wings include many colors, neutral shades and earth-tone.
Special wings include most metallic colored wings, intricate pattern wings, and other more coveted and/or rare species.

Requests will be honored as closely as possible.

Shadow box style frames made by a disabled veteran in Minnesota. Solid wood (pine) with your choice of brown or black finish. Every frame is handmade, and one of a kind. Minor imperfections, variations in wood grain and resulting finish are to be expected. These are heavy, sturdy frames, with thick glass.

Sizes are approximate, as each frame is handmade and comes out slightly unique. Expect the average dimensions for each size:
4x4 Frame: inner opening approx 3.5x3.5”
outer frame approx 4.75x4.75”
5x7 Frame: inner opening approx 4.5x6.5”
outer frame approx 6x8”
8x8 Frame: inner opening approx 7.5x7.5”
outer frame approx 8.75x8.75”
8x10 Frame: inner opening approx 7.5x9.5”
outer frame approx 9x11”

All frames are approximately 1.5” deep.
